Plastic Powder Coating (PPC) was established in Dubai some 20 years ago by Mr. Willi Diener Junior and during the company’s natural growth, moved from a project site to the Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA) in 1984 from where we now operate. Our volume of work increased to a level which made it necessary for us to expand our facility in 1999 with the opening of a new manual enclosed blasting and painting facility. The pedigree of PPC can be traced back more than 185 years through Mr. Diener’s family businesses in Germany. Since that time we have always specialized in anticorrosion works and have contributed to the many technical aspects of anticorrosion protection and technology in Europe and the Middle East. In Jebel Ali, we are located within the port area and our clients can enjoy all the conveniences of good communication, roads, port facilities, plenty of water and no power failures, and of course, excellent security and transport facilities. The company also accommodates on site mechanical and fabrication facilities to handle necessary work connected with our anticorrosion services. For work at Client’s site, we have all necessary machines and equipment to carry out grit-/sandblasting, hydro-blasting, painting, glass flake lining, intumescent paint application, vacuuming and tank cleaning etc. We specialize in high-level work on tanks, towers, and multi-storied steel structures, high-tension pylons. Specialized access equipment, hoists, cradles, self-lifting platforms, scaffolding allows us to carry out this work efficiently and safely. And on top of all this, we have more than 23 years of knowledge and experience to work in the Gulf conditions. We enjoy a reputation to complete projects on time or even before time. Our teams of highly skilled professionals are familiar with the environmental conditions. They are able to plan and cope with various specific problems related to this part of the world and therefore we deliver quality work according to time schedule, whilst working together with other contractor’s schedules on the same project. Due to so many years association with the oil industry, we have adopted excellent standards in testing and checking procedures, reporting system and have developed an attitude to safety awareness.
