Fine Hygienic Paper FZE is the leading hygienic paper manufacturer of the UAE. Part of the Nuqul Group of companies (which celebrated its 50th anniversary recently), a pioneering and presently among the major business conglomerates of the Middle East. The Nuqul Group - founded by Elia C. Nuqul, currently CEO & Chairman, in 1952 - is 52 years young, and has its headquarters based in Amman, Jordan. When the Nuqul Group started operations in the early fifties there was no firm or reliable statistics on the size of its markets or their disposition. Meter, environment friendly facility is equipped with state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment and has a young, highly skilled human resource of nearly 300 employees, whose average age is not more than 32 years. FINE has currently embarked upon an ambitious expansion plan which aims to create major distribution centers outside the Free Zone. Several new production lines have also been planned for commissioning as part of our expansion programme. The investment of sizeable capital towards this project is proof of our confidence in the economic stability of the UAE and the healthy business environment in the country. We expect the planned complexes to effectively serve the hygienic paper demands of the GCC (except KSA, as Fine operates several factories there), the sub-continent and East Africa in addition to several other export markets for the next 7-10 years. Examining recent history, it was only in May 2000 that FINE Hygienic Paper FZE had completed a major expansion at its present location which is a 15,000 Sq. Meter facility. Within 4 short years we have found that it was hardly sufficient to meet the ever increasing demands of a rapidly growing local and international market. Major retail products offered are Facial Tissues, Baby Diapers, Feminine Sanitary Pads, Pocket Tissues, Wet Wipes, Baby Wipes, Baby Training Pants, Adult Briefs, Kitchen Towels, Toilet Rolls, Table Napkins, Drinking Straws, Mediroll Towels and Medipads. The The Hotel & Catering range includes Toilet Rolls, Kitchen Towels, C-Fold Paper Towels, Jumbo Rolls, Liquid Soaps, Coasters, Drinking Straws, Table Napkins and related Dispensers. A host of customized orders and special services are also taken up on a regular basis. A Regional Office for the rest of the Nuqul Group also operates at Fine FZE. The office caters mainly to the global market. The products offered include Luncheon Meat, Tissue Jumbo Rolls for Conversion, Extruded Aluminum Profiles, Nonwovens, Printed & Flexible Packaging Materials, Synthetic Sponge, Floral Foams, Polyethylene Bottles, Caps, Bags and Agricultural Films, Fire Fighting Systems & Safety Equipment, Security & Access Control Systems and Seamless Pipes. New product development is a continuous process at Fine and of late we have successfully launched FINE Oud scented tissues, Fine Living premium tissues with its design having a home theme, Fine Collections & FINE 400 Toilet Rolls, Nursing Pads and several Refreshing Towel extensions with various fragrances. In 2003 we upgraded the popular Lido Super Dry Baby Diapers with additional features in an all new pack.
