Bareface was founded in 1999 by justine kirby and venetia maunsell, both british, when they saw an opportunity in the market to set up an all encompassing professional model agency and overseas stills production house. Since its early days working out of the kitchen, the company has grown to occupy spacious offices in dubai media city and employ 14 full-time employees and is now divided into four divisions representing production, photographers, models, stylists and locations.
