Abu Dhabi Customs Dynamic in Dubai Directory

Based on the instructions of H.H Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, and H.H Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Abu Dhabi Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, Head of the Re-organization Committee, it has been decided to restructure and develop the government of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. In accordance with these instructions, we have decided to design a website for the Abu Dhabi Customs Administration based on our strategy to present a clear vision aiming at producing better financial services and to encourage the private sector to participate actively towards the growth and stability of our economy. Our message is to encourage all the concerned bodies to cooperate and to work hard to present the best financial and administrative solutions. Currently, we live in an age of fierce competition. Accordingly, we aim to use the latest technologies and best practices so that we may be able to perform our duties as efficiently as possible. The Customs website will provide accurate information needed by all the concerned parties (employees, clients, clearing agents, visitors, press), as this will facilitate the work all by defining clearly the policies and procedures for clearance.
