On the 5th of May 2005, Tulip Inn FZ LLC (formerly Tulip Inn Knowledge Village) won the Golden MENA award for the best Newly Opened Four Star hotel. Two other hotels of the group joined the winner : Al Jazira hotel won the platinum award of the best Four star leisure hotel, Golden Tulip Resort Khasab won the silver award for the best leisure Four star in 2004.
