Cactus Cantina opened its doors in 1992. Cactus offers special Nuevo Latino Cuisine in a very light hearted atmosphere that is bright and colorful. Greg Norman, Fred Couples, and tennis star Peter Korda, General Anthony Zinni, and the captains of the following USS Aircraft carriers, USS Independence, USS Abraham Lincoln, USS Nimitz, and the USS Enterprise are people who have visited Cactus Cantina in the past.Ian Woosnam has also visited us who is a great golf pro from Wales. The owner Rudy Rivas was born in Corpus Christi, educated at University of Houston, and has lived in Dubai since 1984. Cactus Cantina can seat 140 persons. Consultation with reference to American and Mexican style restaurants is available. i.e. design, development, training, accounting, recipes, etc.
