La Gaufrette - Chain of Finest Coffee shop in Dubai has its own History. The Company emerged in 1991 due to the upsurge of Dubais trend in Tourism and with the encouragement driven by the Authorities - opened in May 1992, first of its kind Coffee shop in Burjuman Centre. The Coffee shop - La Gaufrette, the name coined from the word: Gaufre which is the Belgian traditional Waffle, and the Coffee shop sells variety of finest Pastries, Bakery items, Home made Ice creams, Salads, Snacks, Sandwiches, Fresh Fruit Juices, Cocktail Juices etc., All of which are displayed and served under an exquisite French Café design with a theme of an inside Coffee shop set-up and a terrace seat arrangement. Encouraged by satisfied customers and as appreciated by Authorities, La Gaufrette transformed its commitment for Quality and Customer Satisfaction into catering the growing demand of La Gaufrette. We opened new La Gaufrette Coffee shop at Hamarain Centre Shopping Complex (Nov 1992), in Karama (Jan 1995) and Deira City Centre (Dec 1995). By May 1996, we opened an extension with a new concept called La Crêperie whereby, we serve Sweet and Savory Crêpes with assorted flavors & delicious fillings. Besides this new Concept of coffee shop with Crêpes, we serve a variety of home made Pizzas and Pastas as well. Today La Gaufrette along with seven of its outlets and La Creperie serves a wide variety of Finest Pastries, Assorted Crêpes, Pastas, Gaufrê sucrée, Home made Pizzas, Assorted Ice creams and Bakery Items (Pain Demi-Hamburger Bun, Hot-Dog Bun, Assorted Croissants, Donuts, Danish Pastry) along with Sandwiches, Burgers and Chicken Nugget. La Gaufrette has a professional team and skilled employees trained from Institutes of Nutritions and Catering Technology with knowledge and vast experience in Food Industry. With more than one hundred fifty work force La Gaufrette has been attracting customers from different segments of the market. They include the Regular Customers, Officials, Leading Personalities and Business Group, International Travellers and Tourists, and the Family crowd to name a few.
