The Noble Denton Group can trace its origins back to 1904 as a provider of consultancy services for high risk marine operations. Noble Denton was founded by Captain David Noble and Dr Tony Denton who established a partnership to advise insurers about risks from marine operations in the offshore oil and gas industry. This relationship created the cornerstone of the company’s operating practice; the combination of practical seafarers skills with cutting edge engineering technology. The present associated companies within the Group were established over a period from the early 1970s, and now have a global presence with a staff in excess of 250 personnel. The majority of the associated companies within the Noble Denton Group are certified to ISO 9001 by LRQA and those that are not currently certified will be completing their certification in 2007.
