The United Arab Emirates University was established to accomplish a mission, based on a clear, far H.E Sheikh Nahyan reaching vision of H. H. Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, The president of the United Arab Emirates , who succeeded his father the late Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan (May his soul rest in peace), of placing UAE University in the forefront of scientific and technical seats of learning comparable to other internationally renowned universities. H.H. Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed has provided the university with full support and in return, UAEU has realized the importance of its role in the development of the country. Today, I am proud to announce that the University is fully committed to and is successfully proceeding towards the achievement of its set goals.
