In 1991 Wesgreen International School was founded and in the years since it has grown to become one of the most successful schools in the area. Now we offer a first class education, based on the British Curriculum, for all ages from Nursery to Grade 13. In September 2001, after ten years of continuous growth, the school relocated to a purpose built large multi site campus and since then the school has continued to develop. Our Grade 11 students, most of who have grown with Wesgreen, achieved in excess of 74% passes at grade C and above in their GCSE and IGCSE results this summer. These results are in fact higher than the UK average. In September of 2005 we will be reintroducing a Sixth Form entry, with students studying for AS and A level qualifications at the school. However, it is not just academically that we flourish. Our sporting and extra curricular programme gives everyone a chance to excel in something, whether it is Basketball, Volleyball, Drama or Public Speaking. As well as these activities, we also offer homework help nights for those who feel they need that little extra help. These classes help to build confidence and fill in any gaps a student may have in their knowledge. Wesgreen has been built on sound foundations since 1991 to stand where it is now, however we will not sit back, it is our goal to improve each year and build further on our successes so far.
